Brian Lepine



Hello! My name is Brian Lepine and I am a certified personal trainer with The American College of Sports Medicine.  I grew up in the city of Easthampton, Ma and I truly enjoy health and fitness along with seeing people reach their goals and change their lives.  I feel extremely fortunate to have found my passion in training and want to share that with you.

Regardless of your current situation, I am confident that I can and will help you reach your health & fitness goals.  Working closely with 1-1 clients, youth and high school athletes, as well as being skilled in large group training, I know my diverse background will enable me to educate, motivate and train you in a way that you see the best results possible.

Marlene Rye



Hi, my name is Marlene and I am a highly motivated and knowledgeable personal trainer certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  My background in gymnastics and teaching demonstrate the ability to apply useful and safe advice to individuals needs and fitness programs.  I love helping others feel great through exercise and believe working out should be fun, exciting and challenging.  I love working with people at whatever level they are, and revealing to them the power in their own bodies.  It is such a thrill to watch clients reach goals and achieve their own personal victories.  The body can achieve so much more than the mind thinks it can, and it is my pleasure to witness this every single day in the gym through the people with whom I interact.

I came to personal training through a series of injuries.  After 6 years of bouncing from doctor to doctor in search of a cure to chronic pain, I decided to stop giving away the control and instead try to fix myself through exercise.  Over time, the fear I had been holding onto faded and I found myself in love with exercise, in love with feeling strong, and I loved the feeling that my injury no longer defined me.  My pain improved, but most importantly, my mind- set changed.  I stopped being afraid of my pain, and instead chose to feel powerful.  I still have pain, but it doesn’t stop me from doing anything I love, and I am now living a very full life.  

Everyone has their own goals and reasons for trying to achieve whatever it is they are after.  I would love to be a part of helping you reach those goals, however big or small they may be.  Get in touch and let’s get going now!

Hello! My name is Jared and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. As a young teen, I was drawn to fitness training through my love of athletics. I participated in a number of sports growing up and moved on to focus on football and rugby. While attending Springfield College, I attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Exercise Science. This program taught me to apply my passion for training not only to sports athletes, but all populations and scenarios. Strength and conditioning was no longer just a hobby and passion, but a means of helping others achieve their goals. I learned to use my expertise to improve the quality of life for all individuals from those striving to reach new heights in competition, those interested in a self-confidence boost, and even those hoping to reverse and resist the effects and symptoms of a number of diseases and injuries.

I am forever grateful to have been given the knowledge and skills to train and educate others to further improve their own quality of life and hope to have the opportunity to do so for you. I truly believe the human potential is endless and I would be more than happy to help you on your path to personal success.
